Focus & Concentration
Exercises targeting sustained attention, selective focus, cognitive control, and visual processing speed. Use these during or before high-focus work sessions.
Stroop Test
A color word appears in a mismatched ink color. Click the ink color — not the word itself. Tests cognitive control and response inhibition.
Schulte Table
Numbers are scattered randomly across a grid. Click them in ascending order as fast as possible. Trains attention scanning and processing speed.
Visual Search
A grid of identical characters appears with one subtle impostor. Find and click it before time runs out. Gets faster each round.
Focus Hold
Keep your cursor locked on a tiny center dot while distractions fill the screen. Score is based on how consistently you hold focus.
Attention Span
A sequence of colored dots flashes one at a time. Decide whether a target color was in the sequence. Sequence length grows with accuracy.
Best results: Do these in a quiet environment without other distractions. The goal is to tax your attentional system intentionally — that's where the training effect comes from.
